Every week there is another miracle workout, another influencer promising incredible results, and another piece of advice that contradicts everything that came before it.</p><p>I&#8217;ve spent over 40 years training, lifting weights, conditioning, martial arts and now Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I&#8217;ve made all the mistakes, followed the fads and eventually realized something vital: The fundamentals never go out of fashion.</p><p>I started <strong>Scotland Fitness Project</strong> to share the simple, practical truth about strength, BJJ and staying in the game for the long haul. </p><p>This isn&#8217;t about six-week transformations; it&#8217;s about building a body that is
