Fitness has become far too complicated. Every week there is another miracle workout, another influencer promising incredible results, and another piece of advice that contradicts everything that came before it.
I’ve spent over 40 years training, lifting weights, conditioning, martial arts and now Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I’ve made all the mistakes, followed the fads and eventually realized something vital: The fundamentals never go out of fashion.
I started Scotland Fitness Project to share the simple, practical truth about strength, BJJ and staying in the game for the long haul.
This isn’t about six-week transformations; it’s about building a body that is durable, mobile and capable 20 or 30 years from now.
